I've just been speaking with hypnotherapist Jon Rhodes and he has informed me he is in the process of recording a number of new sessions including Anxiety Release, Panic Attack Relief and Past Life Regression.

He is also working on an extra special pack of MP3s that will work as a hypnotic gastric band. This will include a few seperate MP3s and a guide book on how to use them.

We hope to have the three hypnosis sessions mentioned in the first paragraph available by the end of November with the hypnotic gastric band available by the end of December so watch this space!
