PostHeaderIcon HypnoBusters Self Hypnosis Course

Over the course of the last two years one of the requests I’ve received most from regular visitors to HypnoBusters is for Jon to create a self hypnosis course. I can now say that the request is soon to be fulfilled as Jon is currently working on an audio course that will teach anyone how to master self hypnosis.

While it will be in-depth (currently I am told it is seven parts) it will also be easy to follow.

We haven’t currently got a release date set for the HypnoBusters self hypnosis course but keep checking back here and on HypnoBusters to get the very latest updates.

PostHeaderIcon Anger Management Hypnosis Video

This anger management hypnosis video was created from a MP3 that HypnoBusters’s hypnotherapist recorded last year for Free Hypnosis Treatment. The session is designed to help take control of their anger.

Anger issues can result in broken friendships, lost relationships and serious problems in the workplace. To avoid all this and successfully manage your anger we recommend that you watch this video once a day for a month, and then once a month thereafter.

PostHeaderIcon The Guide To Hypnosis Opens

Hypnotherapist Jon Rhodes has opened a brand new website promising to offer the ultimate guide to hypnosis.

Online PR News – 15-February-2010 – Hypnosis is one of the most widely discussed topics in the field of complementary medicine. Does it really work? What can it be used for? What does it feel like? These are all questions asked of hypnosis on a regular basis.

Hypnosis is still very much a mystery to the lay person and there’s so much information on the internet that sometimes it can be simply overwhelming.

Recently hypnotherapist Jon Rhodes DHyp decided to put pen to paper, or more accurately fingers to keyboard, to answer some of these questions once and for all with his new website The Guide To Hypnosis.

“Hypnosis is still very much a mystery to the lay person and there’s so much information on the internet that sometimes it can be simply overwhelming." Jon told us. "That’s why I decided to answer all the frequent questions people ask me as a hypnotherapist and house the information on one website. I am hoping The Guide To Hypnosis becomes the definitive site for anyone who wishes to dip their toes in the water and learn more about hypnosis.”

Indeed the majority of the biggest questions surrounding hypnosis have been answered including the biggie “what is hypnosis?”. As well as questions being answered there also guides, the website being The Guide To Hypnosis after all. How To Do Self Hypnosis in particular has caught the attention of visitors as this is a guide written by a professional hypnotherapist offering advice free of charge.

PostHeaderIcon Change Your Life with Hypnotherapy

Hypnosis is effective for a wide-range of conditions. The power of hypnosis lies in its ability to tap the potential that exists in each of us on a subconscious level. No other therapy can claim to address such a wide range of issues.

(I-Newswire) February 12, 2010 - Hypnosis is effective for a wide-range of conditions. The power of hypnosis lies in its ability to tap the potential that exists in each of us on a subconscious level. No other therapy can claim to address such a wide range of physical, mental and emotional issues as hypnosis. Good hypnotherapists know how to gently release blocks and fears, and create a new inner belief that will set the wheels in motion to make changes in the way you think, feel and behave.

Do you find yourself in the Great Outdoors yet again puffing away with the social outcasts of the smoking ban, surrounded by stigma, and the cost of cigarettes burning a hole in your pocket? You just can’t get smoking out of your head.

But what if someone else can? Watford and London based hypnotherapy consultant and founder of http://www.thoughtsbecomereality.co.uk, Rakesh Kakaya regularly helps people to break the bad habits they don’t want and begin to build the good habits they do.

Rakesh said “It can really drag someone down when they feel they are fighting a constant battle to change a habit of a lifetime. The power of hypnosis lies in its ability to tap the potential that exists in each of us at a subconscious level. Negative thought patterns can be removed and positive habits reinforced.

PostHeaderIcon Hypnotherapist Opens Fix Your Fears Centre

London, UK (OPENPRESS) February 9, 2010 -- McReight specialises in helping her clients to make changes in their life, and works with men and women to achieve their goals through hypnotherapy. “It’s not just at New Year, that people seek change” says McReight, who is an NLP practitioner and coach as well as a clinical hypnotherapist, “but the start of the year is always especially busy”

Offering a free consultation to prospective clients provides an opportunity for them to ask her any questions about the process and to reassure themselves before deciding to book. “New clients can be apprehensive” says McReight “especially if they’ve seen TV or stage hypnosis, but once they have met me they realise that I am a professional therapist and not an entertainer and feeling comfortable and relaxed is essential for good rapport”.

People consult McReight for motivation to lose weight and stop smoking, but problem drinking and gambling addiction are becoming a bigger part of her workload as stress takes its toll on London workers. Presentation nerves are also a reason for professionals to seek help through hypnotherapy and much can be achieved with this type of issue in a very short time-frame, McReight reports. Insomnia and stress are also a problem for many, as is anxiety and low self esteem which seems to affect women and men equally.

At this latest Fix Your Fears practice, clients who live outside Central London can seek help in their lunch break or after work and feel confident that they will receive polite and empathetic attention in a comfortable and professional setting.

Any enquiries or bookings are taken by McReight personally, ensuring total confidentiality for clients. Further details can be found at http://www.fix-your-fears.co.uk.
